To be honest, i did not see this day coming…That I will pen down a theme as this…The bullet points kind of writing stating facts and opinions coupled with experiential learning. I usually prefer writings devoid of titles that suggest key points of to do’s because experiences differ and learning patterns are not similar. What runs through each experience and opinions are learnings, outcomes, lessons and what we do with lesson.

I believe in living life, living your worth without exaggerated attributes and adjectives. I also believe in a woman announcing herself with her presence and not only titles. Whoop! Her body language speaking volumes because she exudes confidence even before her words. The gestures, smiles, confidence in ‘handshakes’, looking in the eyeballs while talking, projection and positioning of body parts that play a role in communication. Non- verbal communication plays key role.

Women have progressively become a force to reckon with in the society now. Regardless, the challenges we encounter daily in our quest to rise, a Confident lady can Never be overlooked.

2. Her flaws are acknowledged and known to her.

3. She is not afraid of Rejection. She believes rejection could be a redirection.

4. A confident woman does not tear others down. She uplifts.

5. She is not afraid to say No.

6. She draws strength from her struggles.

7. Her peace of mind is paramount.

9. She is not afraid to make mistakes.

10. She knows her right and her place on a table.

11. A confident lady is able to turn negative situations positively in her favour.

12. She is not afraid to speak her mind.

13. At a point of her life, what others think of her is none of her business.

14. A confident lady does not succumb to difficult situations. She fights to move on.

15. She pays attention to her appearance. A confident woman keeps a great appearance because she knows the power of it first to herself and on others.

16. A confident lady makes her health & wellness a priority striving to even be better.

17. She learns and finds ways of improving herself and life each day.

18. A confident lady blesses others with her gifts and talents.

A confident lady Never Gives up.

2020 is by far the most talked about year “we” know.

Yet, aside covid with individual and group challenges, these hurdles did not stop many from achieving great things and accomplishing goals. There were greater heights in both soft and hard skills for some. Property and asset acquisition for others, 2020 made it possible.

2021 undoubtedly has been envisaged to be one of the best years yet. After every storm comes the glory they say. So the storm of 2020 with covid, uncertainties, loss of jobs, opportunities & lives, came with it strength, grace, grit and wisdom to navigate 2021 so low activities can spiral into greater outcomes.

My 21 nuggets I know include:

*Be Happy. Choose happiness . It saves unimaginable situations in your life and that of others.

*No situation will be stucked forever. Things change. Focus on the learnings & lessons.

*You can be crushed and still do amazing things. Don’t settle for the lows.

*Your physical, emotional and mental well-being outweighs goals and ambitions. When you get it right,goals will be smashed.

*Family truly heals many wounds. Pay attention to family love even if it is one member of the family.

*You can learn any & everything. Just give it a try.

*When change creeps in, do not complain. The good in every change makes your today better than your yesterday.

*People know your value. They just don’t want to accept it. Value yourself anyway and they will tag along.

*Friendship is a beautiful thing if you have the right ones. Invest in Friendship(Time,gifts,Love)

*When someone hurts or offend you, it is usually Not about you, it is about them. Try to rise above it anyway.

*Enjoy people and relationships while at it.(Work,Friendship,family) People are nice and not that bad after all.

*Energy is everything. When their energy does not match yours, leave that environment. Not all are worth working at.

*People talk what they do not even know about others. Don’t be tempted to dwell on hear say but personal experience with others*.

*You cannot change perceptions. What others think about you cannot be controlled. Who you show them is more important.

*Build a life you desire outside money. It will bring you peace of mind and joy.

*You need disagreements to mature. Keep the experience and forget the motives behind it.

*People change. Don’t ever underestimate the worse in any one.

*Sometimes, it isn’t about the people in your life, you might have changed. Pay attention to you.

*The only person who can solve your issues is you. No one actually solves your problems better than you.

*You get to learn much when you know you are all that you genuinely have.

*After all is said and done, all that really matters is love. Love for self and love for others.It sets in contentment,erases envy & promotes support. The Right Heart Always Wins❤1 Cor.13

***Your instincts must be respected in all these. It may cost you if not. Discernment is a life long gift for eternity. Use it well & wisely. What is right is right and what is wrong is wrong.***
